About Regina

Regina Israeli — Child Development Specialist

Hi, I'm Regina. I'm a mom of three, a baby development specialist, and a parent guide.

My journey started many years ago, when I became a mother for the first time at age 24. In the beginning, everything felt natural and calm. I was very connected to my baby, and things felt under control.

But as my child grew, new challenges came. Around age four, he started to have his own opinions. Simple things like picking up toys or sharing became hard. I found myself reacting in ways that didn't feel right to me.

I grew up with a strict way of parenting, where children were expected to follow rules and fit into what society expects. But deep inside, I felt there must be another way.

So I started learning. I read books, asked questions, and searched for better tools. Slowly, I understood something that changed my life:

Every child — and every adult — is a full person, with their own needs and feelings. They deserve respect, not control.

This change didn't happen overnight. It took time, practice, and support. My husband was a big part of this journey, and together we built a home based on respect, clear values, and open communication.

We raised our three children without punishments, without big struggles in the teenage years, and without daily battles. Instead, we focused on connection, respect, and win-win communication.

At the same time, my professional path was also changing. I have a background in engineering and a Master's degree in statistics. I worked as a university lecturer and loved teaching. But when I discovered the field of baby development, something clicked — I knew this was my true passion.

I trained in baby development, parent guidance, and couples support. For many years, I have worked with families, helping them understand their child and build strong, healthy relationships from the very beginning.

Over time, I realized something very important: the journey of raising a child doesn't start after birth. It starts much earlier — when parents begin thinking about growing their family.

That's why I created my 4-stage program — to support parents from the very beginning, through each step of their journey, based on the real needs of the child and the family.

This is not just my profession. It's my life's work, and my mission.

My Approach

Every interaction with your baby matters. My approach is built on four core principles.

Understanding the Baby's Perspective

Seeing the world through your baby's eyes transforms how you respond, connect, and support their growth.

Supporting Both Baby and Parent

A baby's wellbeing is deeply connected to a parent's confidence and emotional state. I support both.

Combining Science with Real Life

My background in research ensures every recommendation is grounded in evidence, while remaining practical and human.

Creating Calm Instead of Confusion

Parenthood doesn't need to feel overwhelming. With the right understanding, it becomes a calmer, more intuitive experience.
